We collect the minimum data needed to run your subscription, we never sell your personal information, and you can request deletion anytime.
1. Who we are
Movarios is a US-focused IPTV streaming service. For anything in this policy, contact us at support@movarios.us.

3. How we use information
To create and manage your account, process payments, deliver the service, respond to support requests, secure the platform against abuse, and — with your consent — send service-related emails. We don't use your data for anything unrelated to running Movarios.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies (the site won't work without them), analytics cookies (to understand which pages help people), and — only with consent — marketing cookies. You can decline non-essential cookies; the service works the same.
5. Who we share with
Only the providers needed to run the service: our payment processor, hosting provider, email service, and analytics provider. Each gets the minimum data required for its role, and none may use it for their own purposes.
6. Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and removed within 90 days of a deletion request, except records we must keep by law (for example, payment records for tax purposes).
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored only as hashes, and access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it for support. No system is perfectly secure, but this is the standard we hold ourselves to.
8. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or opt out of marketing emails at any time — email us and a human handles it. Most requests are completed within 30 days.
9. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California law gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.
10. International users
Movarios targets viewers in the United States, and data is processed in the United States. If you use the service from elsewhere, you understand your data travels to the US.
11. Children's privacy
The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from minors.
12. Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, the date at the top changes. Material changes get announced on the site before they take effect.
