These terms govern your use of the Movarios IPTV service. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Movarios service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Description of Service
Movarios provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service: live TV channels and on-demand content delivered over the internet to compatible devices. Access is personal, non-transferable, and granted for the duration of your paid plan.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information at signup — accounts with false details may be suspended.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal
Prices are total payment in USD for the full plan duration, charged upfront. Plans do not auto-renew: when your plan ends, service stops unless you choose to extend it. We may remind you before expiry, but we never charge you again without your action.
5. Free Trial
The 24-hour free trial provides full service access without payment details, limited to one trial per customer. Trial abuse (repeated signups) may result in blocked access.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: resell, share, or redistribute your account or the service; restream, record, or rebroadcast any content; use the service for any public or commercial display; or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure. Violations may lead to immediate suspension without refund.
7. Connections & Devices
You may install and sign in on as many devices as you own. The number of streams playing at the same time is limited by your plan's connection count (1–4). Exceeding it may pause the oldest stream.
8. Service Availability
We target high availability, but no online service is uninterrupted. Channels may be added, replaced, or removed as sources change, and maintenance windows may briefly interrupt access. Stream quality depends on source broadcasts and your internet connection.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy: a 7-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases, returned to the original payment method. Since plans don't auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel — service simply ends at the plan's end date.
10. Intellectual Property
The Movarios name, site design, and original content are our property. Content available through the service belongs to its respective owners, and your subscription grants viewing access only — no ownership or redistribution rights.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movarios's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan period.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Movarios harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
13. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and why.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Movarios is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law provides otherwise.
